DELIVERY FAQ

Do I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £45, via courier in mainland UK or direct from the brewery for local orders. Free Local Delivery is within 9 miles of the brewery (EX5 1PY) which covers Exeter, Exmouth, Budleigh, Ottery and Sidmouth. 

All T-shirts and hoodies are free delivery.

All orders not qualifying for free delivery will ship to the mainland UK for a flat rate of £4.99.

Customers in the Highlands and Islands should contact us for a shipping estimate – we’re sorry but Shopify will not allow us to add this as a delivery option at present.

When will my goods arrive?

Free Local Delivery Day is weekly on Fridays. If you need your beer more quickly drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. 

Courier deliveries are generally dispatched from the brewery the next working day. As standard, we aim to have beer to you within 3 working days. 

T-shirts and hoodies are printed and dispatched by TwoFifteen who ship within 5 business days, with 2-3 days for delivery.

What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?

Don’t panic! Just drop us an email at office@powderkegbeer.co.uk and one of the team will be happy to help.  

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yep, everything you receive can go straight in your domestic recycling bins. We continue to work on improving our operations to reduce our environmental impact.

Cancelling My Order

If you need to cancel your order you can do this using this form, within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the goods have already been dispatched the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the items. Please note that goods returned must be in original saleable condition.
